If you wish to cancel your appointment, we request you to inform us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
Cancellations made 12 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
Clients may request to reschedule their appointment once depending on availability.
After one reschedule, any further change may be treated as a cancellation.
In rare cases, if the consultant or service provider needs to cancel the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances:
The appointment may be rescheduled to another convenient time, or
The client may receive a full refund of the payment made.
If a client does not join or attend the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be considered a No-Show.
In such cases:
The appointment will be marked as completed.
No refund will be issued.
All appointments or services must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
Bookings without payment may not be confirmed.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original mode of payment.
Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
In case of emergencies or special circumstances, Hope For Life Trust reserves the right to review and approve refunds on a case-by-case basis.
